How Many Bundles Should I Purchase For an Install?
Most customers desire a full look, to achieve this look we high recommend 2 bundles for inches 12-14, 3 bundles for inches 16-20, 4 bundles for inches 22-26, and 4-5 bundles for inches 28-30

SHIPPING ...How Long Before I Receive My Order?
Due to a large volume of orders our domestic processing time can range from 2-3 business days (Weekdays Only) and ship immediately after processing. International orders have 15 business days processing time.

Why Does My Order Require a Signature?
At Vendi Cru™ we are committed to providing the highest level of customer service, we require a signature on MOST shipments to ensure arrival to the correct person.

When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
All tracking numbers are emailed after order processing is complete, this can take up to 2-3 Business Days. You will not receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

How Long Will My Extension Last?
In General Our Customers Use Their Hair for 6 to 12 months, sometimes longer for those that take exceptional care of their extensions. Extension should always be cared for as if it is your real hair.

Can I Color This Hair?
Our hair is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed, you may color the hair however please understand that once you modify your hair it is no longer Virgin Hair. It's recommend to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized for product longevity. 

What's the Cap Size of the Vendi Cru Full Lace Wig Units?
Our wigs are standard size and fits the average size head, if you have a larger head than most please include that in the notes section of your order form ,if your head is really really small we recommend requesting an elastic band, combs, or both.

Use the over and out method when installing your hair. Although our wefts are custom made, we still advise that you care for them the best you can. Not required, but you may seal your wefts using a good quality weft sealant. Also, cut your wefts only when absolutely necessary. After your install, brush your hair out thoroughly to remove loose hairs.

CURLY TEXTURES

Apply a moisture rich Conditioner and comb hair, starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp.

Detaingle in small sections with a Denman brush

Do not massage the hair.

Leave Conditioner in for at least 15 minutes or more. The longer you leave the conditioner in before rinsing, the more hydrated your hair will be.
Rinse thoroughly.

Scrunch hair gently to enhance the curls.

When damp, apply a dime size of an anti-frizz alcohol free hair serum

Ms Jessie Curl Cream | For a tamed look

Let hair air-dry

Do NOT use oil products or excessive products on curly hair, it will cause matting.

Do NOT brush or comb hair when dry, it will cause hair to frizz and may cause hair to tangle.

Important NOTE: Conditioner only wash is recommended at least 3 times a week.
